When we discovered this location, we immediately saw its potential to be so much more than just a studio. In addition to serving as a versatile rental space for private events, it’s also home to Style House, Brandy’s home staging and design business, and B+Linked, her permanent jewelry studio.

Beyond private events, we’ve opened the space for vendor markets and group workshops. From wreath-making and candle-pouring classes to bridal showers, corporate meetings, and holiday gatherings, 1844 The Studio has become a true gathering place where community and connection thrive.
